Adesakin Adegboyega

ADESAKIN ADEGBOYEGA is a graduate of Yaba College of Technology, Lagos. He studied Estate Management and a qualified member of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV). Upon graduation, He served with DURIL Oil Producing limited in Lagos in 1997, and preceded to Edo State, to work with BLUE EDGE CONTRACTING LTD as a Project Supervisor. He returned to Lagos state in 2003, and joined up with 3 people to set up a Quick Service Restaurant, FOODSTEPS, with BG&E CONSOLIDATED ALLIANCE LTD as the parent company.

The first restaurant was opened in November 2003 and proceeded to open 5 more restaurant over the years in strategic locations in Lagos. He was a working director in FOODSTEPS, and played different roles from the commencement of operations and during the expansion of the restaurant to different areas within Lagos metropolis. He was in charge of Property acquisition new restaurant location, and charged with the responsibility of managing the projects from Construction, development, renovation till point of completion.

He also served as the head of New Business and logistics, Facility Manager of the restaurant chain and a crucial member of the management team till he left in 2014.

ADEGBOYEGA ADESAKIN currently works with FIRMATERRRA, as a Property Consultant, and manages various real estate portfolios in Nigeria. He joined in 2015. He has attended numerous courses in the Real Estate industry, Project Management and business management. GBOYEGA ADESAKIN is an avid reader and entrepreneur.
